Summary

Help shape how people discover clickclick by supporting campaign concepts, visual explorations, product storytelling, and customer-informed creative direction.

Description

The Creative Director, Marketing internship role gives a student creative contributor hands-on experience with messaging, campaign concepts, and visual direction for clickclick. You will help translate product capabilities into clear stories for people using personal AI agents on Mac.

This internship pairs creative exploration with mentorship. You will work with product, design, and engineering partners, build practical portfolio work, and learn how campaigns, launch moments, and product stories move from early idea to production handoff.

Responsibilities

  • Support campaign concepts, product narratives, launch copy, visual directions, and social ideas for clickclick releases.
  • Create simple storyboards, style references, and motion-aware explorations that help launch moments feel clear and polished.
  • Help turn customer research, testimonials, and frequently asked questions into sharper messaging, creative briefs, and campaign ideas.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, content checklists, and lightweight performance reports.
  • Participate in design and engineering reviews to keep creative work accurate, useful, and grounded in the product.
  • Prepare presentation materials, notes, and rationale that explain creative choices.
  • Track competitive and category signals relevant to desktop AI agents, Mac apps, and automation tools.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current student pursuing an undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, business, design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • At the end of the internship, must return to school to continue education or use the internship as the final graduation requirement.
  • Coursework, class projects, or early portfolio samples showing interest in visual communication, typography, layout, campaign thinking, or motion/storytelling craft.
  • Strong writing skills with careful attention to tone, clarity, and factual accuracy.
  • Comfort learning shared documents, spreadsheets, design reviews, presentation tools, and project management tools.
  • Ability to manage assigned work and communicate status clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in marketing developer tools, productivity software, AI products, or Mac apps.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Cinema4D/Blender, or comparable visual and motion design tools.
  • Exposure to customer interviews, survey analysis, creative briefs, or community management.
  • Basic familiarity with analytics tools, campaign reporting, or performance-driven creative iteration.
  • Interest in presenting creative concepts, incorporating feedback, and preparing clear handoff materials.
  • Interest in connecting brand, product experience, and user education.

Pay & Benefits

This internship is paid at an expected rate of $22 to $28 per hour, depending on experience. This posting represents ongoing interest in marketing internship work rather than a single seat, and resume submissions may be reviewed as matching projects open. Benefits include paid sick time, flexible scheduling around school commitments, mentorship from creative and product partners, and company-provided equipment needed for the role.
